We don’t boast about the number of stores we have in Korea.
What we want is to become a recognizable Korean brand and franchise globally, and the journey toward that goal will be our pride.
Guljak Topokki Chicken pursues a balanced collaboration of topokki and fried chicken at reasonable prices.
We also guarantee stable growth in revenue through various trend-leading toppings and sauces, as well as side menus that reflect the region and culture.
Profitability is not the only vital thing in global business; another thing that matters is the partners we make along the way. We at WITHINFOOD value our results, but we also seek true partners with whom we can share our values and realize our vision together.
Topokki (spicy rice cakes) is one of Korea’s most beloved snack food and a symbol of Korean spicy flavor. Guljak Topokki is made with a special sauce based on the country’s traditional condiment, chili powder (chili paste), and a range of ingredients that create its flavor. In addition, customers can adjust the sauce’s hotness to their preferences.
Topokki is one of the driving forces of the Korean dining scene, and Guljak Topokki finds its fundamental principle in the pursuit of comfort flavors, working to satisfy a wide variety of tastes in different age groups.
Guljak Topokki Chicken’s claim to distinction is its unique arrangement of fried chicken eaten with topokki sauce. We have put together our Guljak Boneless Chicken in a way that is optimized to be eaten with topokki.
We are now launching new products specialized to the needs of global markets, and our menu is optimized for their efficiency in cooking and combination with topokki. Ultimately, customers have the choice of either bone-in or boneless chicken.
